To registar for the 2011 season go to www.NCYBA.com or sign up in person at Shaker High School in Latham on March12th, 11-1- P.M. Opening day is April 30th. Practices are April 10th and 17th at 6P.M. at All Star Academy on Rt.2 across from Kmart.
The Challenger Baseball Program at North Colonie began four years ago. This baseball program is desgined for children with special needs, either physical or emotional, between the ages of 5 to 21.
It began originally with four teams of 30 children. The program has grown each year and we now have eight teams of about 70 children.
Among our many volunteers are church groups, coaches who volunteer but do not have children in the program, other older teams who act as buddies and senior citizens who volunteer as our announcers.
NO GAME TODAY PICNIC AT NOON TOMORROW RAIN OR SHINE
