The Challenger Baseball Program at North Colonie began seven years ago. This baseball program is desgined for children with special needs, either physical or emotional, between the ages of 5 to 21.
Opening day all teams will play from 9-10. All games from May 5th-June 23rd will be played from 10-11.All games are played at The Boght Hills baseball complex on Rt. 9. Second light past Guptill's, take right. We will not play on May 26th. Players can still sign up on opening day or even after that.
Among our many volunteers are church groups, coaches who volunteer but do not have children in the program, all the boys and girls baseball teams from Shaker Junior and Senior High Schools. Anyone looking to volunteer, please contact Gail Wrieden.
